Our focus is to be there with good advice and guidance, and to ensure a predictable process towards a safe sale.

Visit and valuation
We are happy to come to you — to get to know the home and you, map out the possibilities, assess the value and advise you before the sale. Afterwards you get an offer and, if you like, an e-appraisal you can use with your bank.

Assignment agreement
Once you accept the offer we sign a clear, simple agreement. Then we order all the documentation and book the surveyor, photographer and, if needed, a stylist.

Marketing
You review the material and photos well before we launch on every digital channel. We keep you updated along the way — and your agent is available to you and every interested buyer.

Viewing and bidding
We always arrive on time and well prepared. After the viewing, bids can come in — we keep you informed in writing and by phone, and every registered buyer is updated continuously.

Contract
When a bid is accepted we send the draft contract and attachments to both parties. We always invite you to go through it together — preferably over a cup of coffee at our office.
- 06
Handover and settlement
The parties walk through the home, the meter is read, the keys are handed over and the protocol is signed electronically. Finally we complete a safe and orderly settlement.
